All prices at Nayab are fully transparent, with every cost component shown (origin price, shipping, customs, and margin). Placing an order means accepting the price and conditions shown at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment is made through trusted gateways or the methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Shipping
Delivery times vary by product and origin and are communicated when you order. Imported items may be delayed by customs processing; we will keep you informed of your order status.
Returns and cancellation
If an item does not match its description or arrives damaged, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery via our contact page. Return conditions may differ for specially imported items.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Nayab may restrict accounts used in violation of these terms.
